General Banquet Information and Policies
Deposit
A $200.00 non
refundable deposit is due at time of booking your Banquet.  Wedding Receptions
require a $500.00 deposit.  This will be deducted from your total bill at the time of payment.  An
al 30% is due 7 days prior to the event.
Final Payment
Balance is due at the conclusion of the event.  All prices are subject to sales tax and service
charge.  The preferred method of final payment is cash, however, we do accept all major credit
cards.  Checks are not accepted for final payment.
Guarantee
Final Menu Selections and guest counts are due 7 days prior to the event. Add ons are subject to
additional costs.
Room Usage
Banquets are based on a three hour schedule.  Wedding receptions are based on a four hour
schedule.   Additional hours will be charged at the rate of $150.00 per hour.
Ceremony on Premise
Mill Road Restaurant does allow wedding ceremonies on the grounds.  The ceremony fee is
$200. Mill Road Restaurant is not responsible for special ceremony decorations, chairs or tents. 
You will be responsible for set up and breakdown of any equipment/decorations brought in.
The required minimum to host a wedding is 40 people, general banquets require a 25 person
minimum.  All prices noted are per person.
Special Request
Food items not on the menu can be requested with proper notice.
Security and Liability
Mill Road Restaurant assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or
articles left at the Hotel prior, during or following your function.  Additionally, we reserve the right
to control all private functions.  Patrons agree to be responsible to reimburse the restaurant for
any damage done by the sponsor of the function or their guests to the restaurant property.
